MINNESOTA ELECTION INTEGRITY — PUBLIC DATA REQUEST INITIATIVE
Exercise your statutory rights under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minn. Stat. Ch. 13 & § 206.845) to request cast vote records and tabulator audit tapes directly from your county auditor[cite: 1, 8].
Create a Public Data Request
Please note that county public data request procedures can vary significantly from county to county. We have done our best to make the process as easy as possible, but please note that not all counties support email-based requests. You may need to create an account for an online portal, mail a letter to the county data request coordinator or contact the county directly via phone or in-person visit to execute your request. Thank you in advance for your perseverance in navigating the public data request process in support of this effort.
