Executive Order 13873: Securing the Information and Communications Technology and Services Supply Chain (2019)
This order addresses national security risks stemming from foreign adversaries’ potential to exploit vulnerabilities in the U.S. information and communications technology (ICT) supply chain. It authorizes restrictions and prohibits transactions involving ICT products or services that pose unacceptable risks to U.S. national security, critical infrastructure, or the digital economy.
Executive Order 14248: Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections (2025)
This order establishes measures to safeguard federal elections from foreign interference and enhance the security of election infrastructure. It directs agencies to coordinate on threats, ensure timely reporting, and implement comprehensive countermeasures to maintain public confidence in the democratic process.

    Assistance Needed

    The Lindell Offense Fund will submit periodic reports to the Department of Justice regarding the status of outreach efforts and responses from letter recipients.

    Treasury will stop payments to states which fail to comply with EO 14248 and to EAC if they fail to comply with EO 13873.
